About us, Lightwave is located in Charlotte, NC and has been in business since 2000. We have helped over 500,000 customers reduce their costs and improve their productivity. Initially, we started out focusing on small and medium-sized businesses. Over time we grew to have a major portion of our business include large and enterprise customers.
We observed that the larger a business is, the harder it was for them to keep up with their inventory. This led us to develop a specialized system to create electronic versions of a customer’s billing and customer service records. We used this information to develop the detailed line-item based inventory of services and associated contract commitments.
